Legal notices & policies

How we work, how we handle your information and what you can expect from IWI Digital Technologies.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information you choose to share with us — typically your name, business name, email address, telephone number and a description of what you need built or supported.

We use that information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver and support the services you engage us for, and keep records required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it.

You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.

Terms & Conditions

Using this website means you accept these terms. Information on the site is provided for general guidance and does not form a binding offer; scope, timelines and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.

Website plans start at R350 per month and include build, hosting, management and support as described in your agreement. Subscription options are Monthly, 12 Months, 24 Months or 36 Months. The selected term, billing frequency, fees and any third-party costs are confirmed in the applicable quotation, Subscription Schedule, Order Form or service agreement.

A subscription may be cancelled or terminated only in accordance with the applicable agreement and law. Any applicable settlement amount and all outstanding fees must be settled. Cancellation does not extinguish amounts that became due before its effective date. Once all obligations are met, we will assist with a reasonable handover of the material you own.

Modern Slavery Policy

Modern slavery is a serious violation of fundamental human rights and may include slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. IWI FinTech has zero tolerance for modern slavery in its operations and business relationships.

IWI FinTech is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in its business dealings. We expect employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, service providers and other business partners working for us or on our behalf to uphold the same standard and comply with applicable labour and human-rights laws.

Concerns or suspected violations should be reported promptly to IWI FinTech through our published contact channel. Reports will be considered responsibly, and no person who raises a genuine concern in good faith should suffer retaliation for doing so.

IWI FinTech will review this policy as its operations and supply relationships develop and may strengthen relevant checks, contractual requirements and controls where appropriate.
